PROJECT LEAD Privacy Policy
PROJECT LEAD is a multi-school educational platform. It is used by multiple participating schools, school administrators, teachers and personnel, learners, and parents or guardians. Each participating school operates within its own protected environment, and no school can access another school's records.
PROJECT LEAD respects and protects the privacy of schools, personnel, learners, parents, and stakeholders.

Purpose of Processing
Data is used solely for educational management, communication, reporting, attendance monitoring, and school operations.
Facebook Messenger Integration
Each participating school may connect its own official Facebook Page to PROJECT LEAD. When a parent or guardian messages a school's Page, PROJECT LEAD may store the Messenger-scoped page-specific ID (PSID), the linkage between that PSID and a learner record, and the message events required to deliver school notifications.
Messenger data is kept strictly school-specific: messages, notifications, and page access tokens are never routed through another school's Page. Messenger communications may include attendance notifications, academic notifications, school announcements, advisories, enrollment notices, and emergency notices sent by the school the parent is connected to.
Sharing
PROJECT LEAD does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the participating school that owns the record, and with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (such as hosting, database, and the Facebook Messenger Platform used to deliver messages).
Security
PROJECT LEAD implements appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including per-school data isolation, role-based access control, encrypted transport, and audit logging.
Data Retention
School records are retained for as long as the school maintains an active account or as required by applicable educational record-keeping policies and regulations. Messenger linkage records are retained while the parent connection remains active and are removed upon a valid deletion request.
