PROJECT LEAD Terms of Service
PROJECT LEAD is a multi-school educational platform provided for educational management and communication. It serves multiple participating schools, school administrators, teachers and personnel, learners, and parents or guardians.
Acceptable Use
- •Use the platform responsibly
- •Protect account credentials
- •Follow school and system policies
- •Use learner, personnel, and parent data only for legitimate school purposes
School Accounts and Data Ownership
Each participating school owns the records it enters and operates in its own isolated environment. School administrators are responsible for granting and revoking access for their personnel.
Messenger and Notifications
A school may connect its own official Facebook Page to send attendance notifications, academic notifications, school announcements, advisories, enrollment notices, and emergency notices to connected parents and guardians. Communications are always sent from the school's own Page and remain school-specific. Schools are responsible for the content they send and for complying with Facebook Platform policies.
Data Protection and Deletion
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled through our Data Deletion Instructions.
Service Changes
PROJECT LEAD reserves the right to improve services and update functionality.
